Pray While You Can Pray

V1. A voice down deep inside him,
would say "its time to pray".
But he would ignore it,
until it went away.
Thinking he'd have tomorrow,
like he did yesterday.
But now his life has ended,
what a painful price to pay.

Ch. Pray while you can pray.
God has given us, a space of time each day.
For tomorrow may just come and go,
or may not come at all.
So while you have a chance right now,
don't ignore the call.

V2. She would hear the pastor,
say it's praying time.
And she would ignore it,
'cause she had her life in line.
She would say, "I'll do it later",
and she would ignore the plea.
But before she had another chance,
she slipped into eternity.

Br. So my friend will you ignore the call,
or will you take the time to kneel.
For you may not have another chance,
the voice inside is calling still.
