For Mother's Day this year Carlos came up with the idea of cooking dinner for our Mom's instead of taking them out to Flemings...er...Denny's. So, Sunday night after church Carlos cooked steaks, Mitch made a salad, and I made twice baked potatoes (a recipe I found on "The Girl Who Ate Everything"'s blog. Everything turned out great and I believe our Mother's were happy. In the picture above is Martha Tatarakis (Mitch's Mom), Linda Odom (my Mom), and Yolanda Serna (Carlos' Mom).
