Last minute vacation

So Carlos Serna calls me Friday wanting to go to Monterey right after the Adult Single's Christmas Party last Friday night. At first I had to think of what I had planned for Saturday and since nothing came to mind (at least not until Saturday and I remembered what I was going to do) we left for Monterey, CA right after the party. I needed to get out of town anyway since work has been so busy and I needed fresh air. We arrived in Monterey around 1:00 in the morning and checked into the hotel, then walked to the beach. It was quiet since we were obviously the only ones around at that time of the morning. Saturday we ate lunch at Crabby Jims (my favorite clam chowder) and kicked around. Then we drove to 17 mile drive, then to Canary Row to eat at Bubba Gump's for dinner. We got home around 9:15 p.m. Saturday night. I'll post some pictures later.
