What Happened to Starbucks?

Last night, after church, Carlos Serna and I went to Starbucks over on First and Shaw. It has been awhile since I've gone to Starbucks and I noticed that they had raised the prices a little since the last time. I figure as seldom as I go there it's not a big problem. Well, Carlos had ordered a grande and when he got his drink it was more the size of what the tall used to be and when I got my "tall" caramel macchiato it was a lot smaller that it used to be. So we have a higher price and a smaller portion, but this is not the main issue. My caramel macchiato tasted so bad that I took it back and had the gal make me a new one. The second one was just as lousy. So now we have a higher price, smaller portion, and cheaper incredients? I'm sure Starbucks won't hurt much without my business so I'm going to continue to go to Dutch Brothers and McDonald's for my coffee drinks.
