Wednesday Weigh-In

No I didn't forget to post the scale. Right now I'm just a little frustrated with trying to loose weight. I'm exercising more, eating less (and healthier), I've cut back on sodas (I could go for an ice cold Coca-Cola right now), and still my body is retaining this weight. I'm not giving up though. I feel good about the changes I've made in my eating habits and will continue with the exercising, I'm just not going to be doing the Wednesday Weigh-In for now (sound familiar?). Summer is on the way and it will be easier for me to burn off this extra insulation.

  1. Don't forget you are replacing the fat with muscle. So you might want to take your measurements and go more by that then the scale so much. You're off to a great start, keep it up!
