Wednesday Weigh-In


Okay, I've decided to start a new series of posts to update my weight loss. As I mentioned in an earlier post I had gained 10 pounds in a very short time. That had brought my weight up to 200 lbs. (believe it or not). As of this morning I'm already down to 196. My ultimate goal is between 160 and 165. My ideal weight, according to those in the know, is 170.
