Boboli Pizza, My Latest Addiction

It all started when one of my co-workers, Lori Aramian, started providing me with fresh vegetables from her garden. These included zucchini, tomatoes, squash, and occasionally eggplant. Then one of my other co-workers, Tracie Shamp, started bringing stuff from her garden such as eggplant and peppers. Well, I asked Lori for ideas of what to use these vegetables for and she suggested Boboli pizza which you can buy already made, you just add the topping and bake for 10 minutes. These are not only delicious, they help me with my creative side. The picture above (my photography is about as bad as my cooking) is one of my latest creations. This pizza includes squash, eggplant, wax peppers, feta cheese, tomato, yellow bell pepper, and a couple of other cheeses that I can't remember what kind. I'll try to post pictures of my creations occasionally. I'm working on my photography skills as well as my cooking skills. Who knows, maybe on day I'll be a Julia Adams, or Ansel Child.
